The Summer 2019 Immigration Law conference hosted by AstenJ was by far their best event yet. The conference took place on 06 July 2019 at the BPP University in Holborn. The event carried a whopping 6 CDP points for all those attendees who sacrificed their Saturday to be present. AstenJ’s Family Law conference was held at BPP University in Holborn on 28 April 2018 and it carried a hefty 6 CPD points The event was an all-day one and included a wonderful Asian style hot buffet lunch. The day was opened by the chair of the conference, Constance Whippman (Joint Head of Chambers, 33 Bedford Row). She used the opportunity to remind the lawyers present at the event about their continued and enhanced duties under the GDPR, especially in a family law context. Asten J hosted a professional training event focusing on the new data protection laws that will be introduced across Europe and the UK on 25 May 2018. For all those who were present at this seminar will now have a better idea of the new GDPR which is a European Directive that is being enforced on all member states. The Event was opened by Mr Wasantha Tennakoon and the body of the seminar was delivered by Mr David Campbell. The Immigration law Seminar, organised by AstenJ Professional Training, held on 08 July 2017, was a massive success. The event carried a whopping 6CDP points and was definitely a worthwhile experience The conference was held at the BPP University in Holborn and the attendees were well looked after with refreshments throughout the day topped off by a delicious and filling Asian hot buffet lunch.
