    In the tone of the Matrimonial Financial Toolkit, which Karen updated and edited for the 2 nd Edition, she will give you hints and tips for the best use of the portal, completing a Form E and ask you to consider how you communicate with your client and others. Practical, hands on is the theme.
  • “Arbitration and Mediation” – His Honour Michael Horowitz KC (Barrister, 1 Hare Court) – Updates and Development.

This session will address the challenges of the practitioner in working with a Litigant in Person including the role of McKenzie Friends in court proceedings. It will also look at the increasingly important work of the Qualified Legal Representative (QLR) within family proceedings.
