    Annie will be presenting on the current law and practice for pleading “conduct” in financial remedy proceedings. Annie will talk through the cases of OG v AG 2020, Tsvetkov v Khayrova 2023 and N v J 2024. She will also discuss the findings and recommendations as set out in the reports from the Fair Shares Project, Resolution and the Law Commission on the issue of treatment of domestic abuse as a factor in financial remedy proceedings.
