Comments are disabled in our site and visitors are not allowed to write comments.
Media
Users are not allowed to upload images and other media to the website.
Contact forms
You may note that we keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you subscribe to events on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address Telephone Number, and website in cookies and in the attendees form. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave subscribe again. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
To keep track of cart data, WooCommerce makes use of 3 cookies: woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_ The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

What we collect and store
Through the usage of the Event Tickets Plus plugin, the following information may be collected and stored within our website’s database:
- Attendee information: the website owner can collect nearly any information requested from ticket buyers by creating a custom registration form
- Ticket information: number / sku (via check-in page)
- Ticket purchaser information: name and email address
- Ticket purchaser billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads
Who on our team has access
Only the Administrator of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, currently we have two Administrators who look after the website and Orders.
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example — Woocommerce, Paypal and Stripe.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, Stripe including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
