The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become law on 25th May 2018 in the UK and EU member states and it will replace the current Data Protection Act 1998. GDPR will impose significant compliance issues for any organisation which holds ‘Protected data’.

He is a regulatory compliance specialist and in recent years has worked primarily in the field of data protection. He currently operates a data protection consultancy offering practical advice and training to both public and private sector clients in relation to GDPR.
