    This presentation is aimed at family lawyers who work in Children Law and are asked to advise prospective Special Guardians and others in relation to court proceedings. It will cover the present rules and procedure and will review the changes taking place in the making of Special Guardianship Orders including the Special Guardianship Regulations and variation and discharge applications.
