Then it is important to ensure you understand nationality laws and who may qualify, especially when a child considers the UK their home. Separately, having left the EU there are still so many who are uncertain about their next steps in order to regularise their stay in the UK, this topic will also explore potential pitfalls when making their applications for nationality. |
